陳新建,特聘教授,博士生導師,國家重大基礎研究計劃(973)青年科學家項目首席科學家。2006年博士畢業于中國科學院自動化研究所,專業為模式識别與智能系統,并獲得中國科學院院長優秀獎。博士畢業後加入微軟亞洲研究院任副研究員,之後先後就職于美國常青藤大學賓夕法尼亞大學、美國國立衛生研究院、愛荷華大學,長期以來,一直從事醫學圖像處理方面的研究。20126月加入bat365官方网页版電子工程系,任特聘教授。現為IEEE會員、多個國際頂級期刊的審稿人,截至目前共發表50多篇國際頂級期刊/會議論文,獲得中國發明專利授權2項,受理2項,美國專利申請3項(1項已獲授權);獲得中國國家科學技術進步二等獎1項,北京市科學技術獎二等獎2項和信息産業部重大技術發明獎1項。

研究領域

主要研究方向:醫學影像處理,模式識别,圖像分析, 三維建模與可視化

緻力于運用信息科學的基本理論和方法,與臨床醫學相結合,探索新方法和新技術,實現高效的疾病定量分析與可視化,降低疾病診斷與治療的盲目性和不可靠性,為臨床醫生準确地做出診斷,快速地制定治療方案和有效地評估治療效果提供重要支持。
