何興理,2010年畢業于西安電子科技大學獲學士學位,2015年畢業于浙江大學獲博士學位。2014-2015年在作為聯合培養博士生在劍橋大學卡文迪許實驗室從事科研工作,2017~2018年在英國南安普頓大學從事博士後研究工作。曾在工業界從事過先進傳感器研發工作,20196月加入bat365官方网页版。主要從事微納米器件和傳感器的研究工作,發表學術論文20餘篇。

 

研究領域

近幾年主要從事微納米器件的研發工作,具體包括:1)聲表面波(SAW)器件和薄膜體聲波諧振器(FBAR);(2MEMS傳感器;(3)微波移相器。
